A limited number of private lessons take place in the calm and concentrated atmosphere of a music studio in the heart of Paris. Aiming to develop the potential in each individual, Perrey's students have gained places and scholarships at Oberlin, The Royal Academy London, CNSM Lyon, l'ENS and Cambridge among other institutions and entered competitions including the concours international de piano de l'Ile de France, concours Steinway or the Concours des Grands Amateurs de Piano. However, competition is here viewed neither as a goal nor as an end in itself.
